libdbusmenu-gtk4 software package provides library for passing menus over DBus - GTK+ version, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbusmenu-gtk4
libdbusmenu-gtk4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbusmenu-gtk4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbusmenu-gtk4 *
You will get with libdbusmenu-gtk4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
